Grille, 3 bar bright aluminium, originally fitted between 1965 and 1974. PLEASE ALSO READ THE DESCRIPTION.

In order to fit this grille to a 2cv bonnet you will need to elongate the top screw slots in your bonnet by about 5mm toward the middle for both fitting points of the grille.

The top of the grille is screwed to the bonnet, the bottom edge is secured by simply folding aluminium tabs over the lower edge of the grille aperture in the bonnet.

The profile of the grille vs bonnet is very good but can be improved by hand manipulation of the malleable aluminium.

As fitted on late 1960s and early 1970s 2cv.

Supplied bright anodised, will not polish.

Please do not order this if you do not appreciate the agricultural nature of the older 2cv this was designed for!

We find that people who like the neat plastic grille on later 2cvs often do not like this retro item once they have it in their hands!
