Acrylic canvas is a shrink-resistant woven material which is polyurethane coated on the underside and topically sprayed with a water repellent solution during manufacture, the product is perfect for 2cv hoods. Its technical but natural canvas appearance makes this fabric perfectly suited to withstand the rigours of the outdoor environment.
Solution dyed for colour stability and UV resistance, the outer fabric may be re-proofed by the owner using Nikwax Tent & Gear Solarproof.
These acrylic hoods are suitable for 2cvs from September 1974 onward.
