Our engines are NOT built using 'original Citroen tooling', - if you remember (30 years back) the Citroen 'échange standard' engines built by sub-contractor in Rennes for Citroen you will also remember that they had problems with cranks breaking - our engines are bulit using better technology from Vege (NOT Vege but rebuilt by Burton in their own factory), Vege cranks were always the best.

What oil should I use? - basic mineral running in oil initially, then a semi-synthetic 15w50 with high ZDDP content (zddp to protect camshaft and cam followers).
