Centring bush, replace lower adjustable eccentrics on brake shoes, save fitting time but may result in shorter shoe life and initially less efficiency - ask us if in doubt. Really, these are a bit horrid, they’ll ‘do’ for a quick job and might pass an MOT but will give bad pedal feedback and poor rear braking, particularly bad for cars which have drums on both front and rear.
