First off - note that many folks who buy a new carburettor have mis-diagnosed an electrical fault or other fuel supply or engine condition problem - be sure to check out all the other possibilities first!

This carburettor is delivered to us properly jetted because each one has been stripped and then set up on an engine attached to a dynamometer, see the video below..

Note, its normal for petrol to drip from under the manifold, there is a drain hole for that purpose.
